Like some big catastrophe has occurred, and left the people underneath the sea, frozen in time and their activities, when the disaster struck.

The British sculptor and conservationist Jason de Caires Taylor created his first underwater park in 2006 outside Grenada in the West Indies, producing unique installations that encourage the habitation and growth of corals and marine life. Over time they will grow into coral reefs.

There are quite a few videos on YouTube showing the underwater sculpture park.
