How do you produce a sure Broadway flop?

I liked the film as much as I liked the novel. If you want to read more about the story, look what I’ve written under READING. The film follows the book very closely. The movie got both an Oscar for best foreign film and the Palme d’Or at the festival in Cannes. It was directed by Volker Schlöndorff. Oskar is played by David Bennent, and I’m surprised that they could make a child act this well!
This scene shows how Oskar manipulates his environment with his drum.
